和網友見面並不一定很棒，但是如果你確實希望和他們見面，你必須遵守四點重要守則：

小心觸法。
　　 請務必了解現有規範網路色情問題的法律條款，我國政府目前在取締網路色情時，最主要的法律依據就是刑法。其中刑法第二百三十五條第一項規定：散布或販賣猥褻之文字、圖畫或其他物品，或公然陳列，或以他法供人觀賞者，處一年以下有期徒刑，拘役或併科三千元以下罰金。其第二項規定：意圖散布、販賣而製造、持有前項文字、圖畫或其他物品者，亦同。

　　 另外，「兒童及少年性交易防制條例」第二十七條規定：「拍攝、製造未滿十八歲之人為性交或猥褻行為之圖畫、錄影帶、影片、光碟、電子訊號或其他物品者，處六個月以上五年以下有期徒刑，得併科新台幣五十萬元以下罰金。意圖營利犯前項之罪者，處一年以上七年以下有期徒刑，應併科新台幣五百萬元以下罰金。引誘、媒介或以他法，使未滿十八歲之人被拍攝、製造性交或猥褻行為之圖畫、錄影帶、影片、光碟、電子訊號或其他物品者，處一年以上七年以下有期徒刑，得併科新台幣一百萬元以下罰金。以強暴、脅迫、藥劑、詐術、催眠術或其他違反本人意願之方法，使未滿十八歲之人被拍攝、製造性交或猥褻行為之圖畫、錄影帶、影片、光碟、電子訊號或其他物品者，處五年以上有期徒刑，得併科新台幣三百萬元以下罰金。以犯第二項至第四項之罪為常業者，處七年以上有期徒刑，應併科新台幣一千萬元以下罰金。」

DO NOT violate any legal regulations. Be sure to understand the legal clauses of internet pornography. Based on the present Criminal Law of R.O.C., government has the right to prohibit and to clamp down on any internet pornography. In particular, the 1st item of 235th clause of criminal law stipulates: Persons, who spread or traffic texts, pictures or any other materials of indecency, or display openly in any way, will be sentenced to the fixed-term imprisonment under one year, detention or combining fine under NT3,000 Dollars. While item 2 of the same clause stipulates: same sentence will be inflicted to who reveals intention to spread, traffic or produce (or hold) texts, pictures or any other materials of the preceding paragraph.

Article 27 of the "Children and teenager sexual-trade-prevention act" stipulates:
To produce films or photos of, or spread the following material: picture, video-tape, film, laser disc, electronic signal or other materials of sexual intercourse or obscene act about persons less than 18 years old, will be sentenced to the fixed-term imprisonment not less than six months and not more than five years, with the combination of a fine under NT500,000 Dollars.
The person who intends to commit the crime of the preceding paragraph for profit will be subject to fixed-term imprisonment from one to seven years, with the combination of a fine under NT 5 million Dollars.
Any measure and mean to seduce or mediate picture, video-tape, film, laser disc, electronic signal or other materials of sexual intercourse or obscene act about persons less than 18 years old, will be subject to fixed-term imprisonment of not less than one year but not more than seven years, with the combination of a fine under NT1 million Dollars.
Through violence, coerce, drug, deception, hypnotism or other measures defying free will of person less than 18 years old to shoot or make picture, video-tape, film, laser disc, electronic signal or other materials of sexual intercourse or obscene act will be sentenced to imprisonment over five years, with the combination of a fine under NT3 million Dollars.
Persons who habitually commit the crime of item 2, 3 and 4, will be sentenced to imprisonment over seven years, with the combination of a fine under NT10 million Dollars.
