如何成為「發聲達人」 |

為鼓勵每一位優秀的發聲達人能夠主動發聲，分享生命經驗、積極表達自我。你只要採取下列行動，就可以累積「分貝數」。發聲分貝累積越多，就越有機會實現「發聲達人」的夢想！ |

在發聲網無論是投稿、留言、投票等動作的發聲分貝數，在廿四小時後才會計入。故每月最後一日的發聲所得分貝數，將會於隔月一日顯示出，並加總在隔月的總分貝數中。為維護你的會員權益及維持發聲達人排名的公平性，請避免於月底大量集中投稿。
例：猴子於8/31投稿文字狂飆三篇、發燒話題留言一篇、哈啦A GO
GO發起一則新話題，發聲所得的38分貝在9/1日才會計入，不會列入八月份的總分貝數中。 |

發聲分貝重賞制度將被隨時更新，發聲網會於首頁公佈從開站至今總累計分貝數排行的前100名發聲大大名人榜。不過，當月發聲分貝數最高的前20位會員，將榮登「發聲達人」寶座，並由
發聲網贈予代表青春榮譽和發聲大嗓門的禮物喔！如果你已榜上有名，別忘了再接再勵為自己開創新機；如果至今榜上無名也沒關係，只要有志發聲者達人勢在必得！ |

Young Voice website is not only a
platform of self-expression but the ultimate destination
for voice out exercises. To support the “law of
conservation of matter”, we make sure that no voice-out
effort is generated in vain The more you voice out, the
greater 「decibels」are accumulated. Young Voice website
advocates VOICE-OUT IS THE FOUNDATION OF HAPPINESS.
Therefore, we invite young folks with aspirations to
join voice out comrades. Existing voice-outers please
exert yourselves to shorten your distance to the throne
of Voice Out Master. |

How to become a Voice Out
Master |

Young Voice website encourages every voice-outer to
speak up voluntarily by any means. Simply take the
following action, voice-outer can accumulate 「decibels」.
Voice-outer with the highest「decibels」may assume the
throne and enjoy monthly benefits of Voice Out Master. |

Decibels Accumulation Record is renewed
and updated constantly, Hall of Fame for 100 top ranking
voice-outers is publicized on the front page of Young
Voice website. However, only 20 voice-outers accumulated
with highest decibels may have the honor of Voice Out
Master and be awarded with monthly benefits. If you are
enlisted to the Hall of Fame already, please make
additional efforts to increase your opportunity of
triumph. If you are yet to make your mark, don’t forget
when there is a will there is a way. |
